1. Digital Products and Downloads

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you experience any technical issues or do not receive your product, please contact support within 24 hours.

2. Services and Consultations

  • Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your meeting up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
  • Project Work: For continuing or milestone-based projects, payments for milestones that have already been initiated or completed are non-refundable.

3. Disputed Transactions

If you feel there has been a billing error, please contact us directly at [email protected] before opening a dispute with your payment provider. We are happy to work with you to resolve any legitimate billing issues.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances:

  • If a digital product is proven to be defective or technically unusable.
  • If a scheduled service could not be delivered on our end and could not be rescheduled to your satisfaction.
